Kayla Moon’s In Orbit collection captures the elements of space and nature. Of her work and this installation Kayla states, “I love to create mood-enhancing art that evokes feeling of peace, euphoria and happiness through an array of vivid colors, lines and shapes.”

Bio—
Believing that colors evoke emotions, Tampa Bay artist Kayla Moon works to incorporate color and texture into her paintings. She draws inspiration from nature, including galaxies, geodes and natural stones, as well as the moon, hence the round nature of her work. From far away, her mercurial paintings read as abstract and colorful, but upon closer examination, the beauty of their details is revealed as the colors intertwine to create patterns, with bold pops of metallic gold add alluring texture. Experiencing Kayla’s work reflects the notion that to fully understand anything, we must come closer to take in even the smallest of details. To create her paintings, Kayla enjoys the versatility of Acrylics and spray paint on traditional canvas. She has been featured in galleries and shows across Florida as well as published in Florida Women’s Magazine. Kayla works with a diverse clientele on various projects and custom art designs. As a self-proclaimed lifelong learner and art enthusiast, Kayla Moon is also proud to be an advocate for the arts and creativity.
