FloridaRAMA is an art and technology museum created in collaboration with more than 75 artists, each with their own unique style and compelling stories. Visitors can gamify their experience by searching for clues to mysterious narratives, go on an immersive scavenger hunt, or simply enjoy the exciting vistas of an artist-made universe. This woman and veteran-owned local startup debuted in 2021 and continues to dream big and strives to change the world through creative shared experiences.   • When should I arrive?
    Arrive within hours of operation and at least 90 minutes before closing. We’ve removed time block ticketing to avoid rescheduling concerns. Last entry occurs 1.5 hours prior to closing.
  • What should I bring?
    Please bring your e-mail confirmation or have the confirmation QR code up on your phone, along with a photo ID.
  • I lost my tickets! where can I find them?

  • Can I exchange my ticket for another day?
    Yes. In the confirmation email you received upon purchasing your tickets you will see a button labeled “Reschedule Your Visit” which will allow you to exchange your tickets for another day. EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TIME SLOT.
  • Can I refund my tickets?
    No, we do not offer refunds, but would be happy to reschedule your tickets to a time that better accommodates you. EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TIME SLOT.
  • Are tickets available onsite?
    Yes, tickets are sold onsite, however, walkup prices are subject to sales tax and convenience fees. We highly recommend booking your tickets in advance to avoid walkup fees.
  • What is the age for children when they would be free?
    Children under the age of 4 are free.
  • Are there any discounts for large groups?
    Absolutely! Groups need at least 10 or more people to qualify for reduced group pricing.

  • Can I take photos and video?
    Yes! All photos and videos taken at FloridaRAMA are permitted for personal use. Using any such media to exhibit, sell or promote commercial work(s) is strictly prohibited. FloridaRAMA is not available for commercial or creative video or photoshoots. Please note that action cameras, tripods, photography gear, extra lights, drones and selfie sticks are prohibited.
  • Filming & Photography
    By entering FloridaRAMA, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your presence constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media.

  • How long does it take to go through FloridaRAMA?
    Guests should plan to visit FloridaRAMA for 60 minutes. We encourage you to choose-your-own-experience and some guests immerse themselves for up to 90 minutes.
  • Are strollers allowed in the experience?
    Yes, strollers are allowed inside the museum, however, wagons and other carts that roll behind are not. FloridaRAMA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Can I eat or bring food to FloridaRAMA?
    No, food and beverages are not allowed inside FloridaRAMA. We want to keep the art & exhibits safe and clean for your future visits!
  • Can I vape or smoke?
    No vaping or smoking is allowed inside the building or exhibit.
  • Are pets allowed?
    No; we love animals, but pets are not allowed inside FloridaRAMA, with the exception of certified service animals as required by law. Please note that FloridaRAMA features light and sound elements that may be distracting to some service animals.
  • Can I leave and come back the same day?
    No. Re-entry after you have completed the experience is not allowed. For safety and capacity, each guest is slotted for a specific time.
  • Are there restrooms inside?
    Yes, there are restrooms located inside FloridaRAMA.
  • What should I wear to FloridaRAMA?
    You can wear whatever is comfortable for you! We discourage high heels as you’ll be standing and walking for the duration of the experience. Seating is available in certain areas of the experience.
  • What if I lost something?
    If you left or forgot something at FloridaRAMA please email CustomerService@floridarama.art We will do our best to find it, but please note FloridaRAMA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Can children go alone?
    No. All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • What items are prohibited?
    ✦ Outside food or drinks ✦ Gum ✦ Flasks and containers ✦ Backpacks or bags larger than 10”x10” ✦ Heelys or any shoes with wheels ✦ Vape pens or electric cigarettes ✦ Cigarettes, cigars, or pipes ✦ Cameras with removable lenses or professional recording equipment ✦ Selfie sticks ✦ Drones ✦ Any live animal that is not a certified service animal ✦ Weapons of any kind including firearms, pocket knives, pepper spray, large chains, spiked jewelry, etc ✦ Any item that challenges public safety per our Guest Service Guides
  • Is there free parking?
    Parking and street parking are FREE. It’s available around The Factory St. Pete campus. Visit the Directions & Parking section on our home page for more info.
  • Can I host an event at FloridaRAMA?
    Yes! We’d love to hear about your event and see whether we can host it. For pricing and information please refer to our private event page.

  • Do you have an online store?

  • Do I need to wear a mask?
    We ask that guests who are feeling unwell reschedule their ticket to another date. Masks are recommended, though not required.
  • Will I need to touch anything to be immersed?
    The majority of our immersive content is responsive to body movement and does not require physical contact. We provide hand sanitizing stations within immediate proximity of installations that require touch for activation.
