Liz Dimmitt
Founder & CEO
Liz is founder and the curator at large at FloridaRAMA. She oversees the company’s operations and ensures we stay focused on our mission and vision. She has leadership experience in immersive art, cultural strategy and private equity. She holds a BA in Finance from Georgetown University and a MA in Art Business from NYU. She is an active participant in NYC’s and Tampa Bay’s cultural communities and was born and raised in Dunedin, FL.

Lindsay Collore
Business Director
Lindsay joined the FloridaRAMA team in 2020.
With a strong background in finance and administration, as Business Director she plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and operational efficiency, overseeing business strategies, financial planning, and cross-departmental collaboration. As a Florida native, Lindsay feels right at home immersed in the weird, wacky, wonderful Florida we celebrate here at FloridaRAMA. She is an animal lover, avid reader, thorough researcher, and nail art enthusiast.

Kristin Hemphill
Creative Director
Kristin comes to FloridaRAMA with 25 years of expertise in design and creative project management. She has worked with some of the world’s leading brands overseeing commercial interior design, brand development and environmental implementation. A certified jeweler, artist and creative entrepreneur, Kristin has always had a passion for mixing materials creating unique environments that are as functional as they are beautiful. As FloridaRAMA Creative Director she ensures project goals are met and each immersive space comes together in the most efficient, fun, and creative way possible.

Katelyn Maher
Experience Director
Katelyn is the Experience Director at FloridaRAMA, where she plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the entire experience operation. Katelyn’s journey began as an Experience Guide, progressing to Shift Lead and then an Assistant Manager, showcasing her unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership abilities. Her passion for uncovering the hidden narrative woven throughout FloridaRAMA adds a layer of intrigue to the visitor experience. Hailing from Long Island, New York, she holds a BA in Graphic Design and Leadership/Management from Eckerd College

Jarah Adams
Assistant Experience Manager
Jarah is the Assistant Experience Manager at FloridaRAMA. In his role, he works alongside the operations team to provide excellent customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A proud local, he was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida and earned a BS in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising from the University of South Florida- Tampa.

Emma Murphy
Assistant Retail & Ticketing Manager
Emma is the Assistant Retail and Ticketing Manager at FloridaRAMA In her role, she works alongside the experience and marketing teams to oversee all retail functions and support the experience operation. She is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida and earned an AA from St. Petersburg College.

Sarah Jennifer Hardin
Marketing Director
Sarah has been a key member of FloridaRAMA’s marketing team since 2021 and now leads as Marketing Director. She directs all aspects of advertising, branding, and content strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative for the company. Sarah builds and upholds brand standards, fosters strategic partnerships with community organizations, and manages the company’s digital presence. She plays a critical role in telling the story of FloridaRAMA and its influential role in the St. Pete arts community, driving the growth of Florida’s immersive arts scene. Originally from St. Cloud, Florida, Sarah is a UCF Journalism graduate and a passionate adventurer—whether swing dancing, shark tooth hunting, kayaking, or capturing underwater footage.

Lisa Serrano
Marketing Manager
Lisa is a creative and driven professional with expertise in content creation, event curation, and digital marketing. At FloridaRAMA, she oversees website management, SEO, and played a pivotal role in the company’s rebrand, designing the new logo and launching the revamped website. Lisa also serves as the Marketing Director for The Factory St. Pete, where she manages social media, supports the artists as the heart of the brand, and fosters relationships within the local artist community. She holds a B.S. in Cybersecurity and is pursuing an MBA in IT Management. Lisa is passionate about supporting local arts culture and immersing her young daughter in a world of creativity at FloridaRAMA. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, collecting art, and all things Beyoncé.

Sabrina Marcano
Graphic Designer
Sabrina joined FloridaRAMA in 2024 as an intern and quickly became an integral part of the team, transitioning into her role as Graphic Designer. Currently pursuing her Graphic Design degree at USF, Sabrina is responsible for creating eye-catching visual assets and social media posts that amplify FloridaRAMA’s brand and message. Her passion for design is matched by her love for the arts—whether it’s attending musicals, catching live concerts, or finding inspiration in creative spaces.

Joshuah Woltman
Sales Manager
With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, including 10+ years in the hotel & resort industry, Joshuah has dedicated his career to creating unforgettable experiences. As the Sales and Fun Manager, Joshuah brings his passion for sales, management, and group events to the forefront.
Known for his creativity and high-energy approach, Joshuah specializes in crafting unique group activities, team-building events, and art-centric experiences. Whether working with corporate teams, families, or kids' organizations, he takes pride in delivering customized and memorable moments that inspire connection and creativity.

John Hernandez
Events & Entertainment Manager
John is a dynamic entertainment savant with a strong foundation in nightlife, hospitality, and event promotion. In his dual role, he oversees the planning and execution of FloridaRAMA’s diverse event lineup while also curating engaging entertainment experiences at The Factory St. Pete. His drive comes from a desire to enrich the local community—he relishes the opportunity to bring people together in vibrant, meaningful ways. Beyond his work at FloridaRAMA, John is a dedicated style consultant and music producer who thrives on creativity and connection. With an “extroverted introvert” personality, he comfortably balances the spotlight with moments of quiet reflection that fuel his next big idea. His passion for innovative experiences and community building guides everything he does on and off the stage.

Christina Belgin
Events Manager
Christina has been working as a professional event director for more than 20 years and brings her extensive experience to FloridaRAMA. She is known for her exceptional logistical skills and the ability to plan and execute well-organized events that are tailored to meet the client’s needs. Christina has a unique talent for bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences, whether it’s a small wedding, film festival, or large convention. Her work has been featured in publications such as The Knot, and she was recognized by Grace Ormonde Weddings as an upcoming planner. When she’s not working, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and watching football.

Atlas Singleton
Exhibit Technician
Atlas joins the FloridaRAMA team with 5 years of experience working in technical theatre as well as immersive special events and various audio/visual and scenic construction roles. In his role, Atlas works to incorporate new exhibits and ensures that existing art is maintained. When not working at FloridaRAMA, you can find Atlas building and repairing his collection of retro technology and video game consoles & peripherals, supporting local drag artists across Florida and working with various LGBT activist groups. Atlas is almost entirely self-taught in his craft and is excited to learn and grow alongside the FloridaRAMA team.

Zach Stafford
Exhibit Technician
Zach Stafford is a skilled Audio-Visual Technician based in Dunedin, Florida, specializing in interactive installations and live event production. With expertise in TouchDesigner and projection mapping, he creates immersive experiences that have earned him collaborations with artists and festivals like Emancipator, Disclosure, and Hulaween. His technical expertise, creativity, and collaborative approach has made him an invaluable asset to our team. From large-scale festivals to community-focused events, Zach consistently delivers innovative solutions and seamless technical execution, bringing passion and precision to every project.

Vibe Setter
FloridaRAMA’s one-of-a-kind, half-duck, half-horse dynamo who keeps the atmosphere weird, wacky, and wonderfully unpredictable. With a feathered tail and four hooves, Dorse embodies the best of both worlds—quacking through meetings with flair while galloping through creative brainstorms with unmatched energy.
